"I was with usaa before making the switch to state farm. My rep was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I've been a state farm customer for 20+ years answering all my questions and making sure I got the right coverage at the right cost. Usaa has never treated me with even an ounce of respect that state farm gave me. Thats state farm hopefully we will be together for the foreseeable future."

"I had some issues with getting set up with my state drivers license here after moving from my home state. Heidi was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to send the appropriate paperwork. It was a several week saga, but she was persistent and followed up on the case, keeping me updated along the way. It was a stressful thing to have to figure out on top of a busy work schedule that only allowed limited time on a weekday to address-- I am so thankful Heidi was behind the scenes advocating for me!"
