"I was recently relocated for work to Illinois, Stephanie in the office got everything taken care ASAP for me and answered all my questions with true professionalism and immediate responses to my many, many questions. If I had a question(believe me, I did, hahah), I would email or text and within a few minutes, Stephanie addressed my questions or concerns. Truly amazing one-on-one policyholder service and I couldn’t ask for better service. She is the reason I chose State Farm for my residential and auto policies. Thank you!

9/23/2024 Update: Heidi in the office got me all squared away with coverage of my new vehicle in a matter of minutes and answered all my questions. Walked me through the entire process. Couldn’t be happier. Quick, Efficient, Professional and knowledgeable, this is why I feel fortunate to have this local agency handling all of my insurance. 100% top notch service and they care about their clients!

10/30/2026 update: I have the best agent & staff. Cassie in the office walked me step for step through the entire process of switching to a new vehicle. That is why you can’t put a price on having a local agent and office staff. She was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We got everything squared away for me and what I needed for dealership.
